Non-Contact Paperwork, Scheduling and Payment
The ‘schedule an appointment’ button will bring you to a Patient Portal where you can create an account, fill out all required paperwork to submit online, and even pre-pay before your appointment if you prefer to.
What to Expect Here
Masks. Patients are no longer required to wear masks, although you may choose to wear one.
Optional Waiting Area. Our waiting areas are now open. If you would prefer to wait for your appointment time in your car, text 978-587-5720 when you arrive. I will text you when your room is ready.
Hand Sanitization. Hand sanitizer and hand washing sinks are available.
Disinfection. All tables and high touch surfaces are cleaned with a CDC approved disinfectant between appointments.
